KRIS Consultants LLC was founded with a straightforward mission: bring the precision of professional land surveying and civil engineering to clients who need results they can trust. Based in Silver Spring, Maryland, we serve residential, commercial, and municipal clients throughout the state and the broader Mid-Atlantic region.
Over more than two decades of practice, we have built a reputation for technical rigor, clear communication, and on-time delivery. Our work spans boundary surveys and ALTA/NSPS title surveys for real estate transactions, topographic surveys for design teams, site plans and grading designs for development projects, and subdivision approvals for landowners and developers.
